The Stellar Kit is yours from day one – it is included in the bundle, not a rental. The bundle covers the hardware plus 12 months of Studio Cloud Professional, paid upfront. After 12 months you can stay on Professional, switch tier, move to the Free plan, or cancel. Your hardware stays with you regardless of which plan you choose.

After 12 months, your Studio Cloud subscription auto-renews at $29/month for the Professional tier. We will email you 30 days before renewal so you can switch to yearly billing, change tier, move to the Free plan, or cancel before the next charge. If you do nothing, the monthly plan starts automatically and keeps your AI enhancement, transcription, editing tools, and lifetime hardware warranty active. We’ll ship your recording kit free of charge, and it should be at your door within 3–5 business days after you subscribe to a Studio plan or purchase it as a stand-alone product.

Yes. Your Stellar Kit records independently and does not require an active subscription to function. Studio Cloud requires an active plan for additional cloud storage, AI enhancement, advanced editing, and the lifetime hardware warranty. The Free plan keeps you connected with basic editing tools. Your raw recordings are always yours – export via Studio Cloud.

All hardware comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects and service. This extends to a lifetime warranty as long as you maintain an active Studio Professional subscription. See full coverage terms here.

You can return the hardware within 45 days of delivery for a full refund and we cover return shipping. After day 45, the 12-month upfront payment is non-refundable, but you keep full access to Studio Cloud Professional until the end of the year. At the 12-month mark you can downgrade, move to Free, or cancel before any further charge.
